Trophy White Tail Buck Hunt
We take great pride in the whitetail bucks here at Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge. Our deer are born and bred on the Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge property, where they live out their lives in the wild. Buck hunting at the lodge is incredibly rewarding as you can regularly spot several 8-10 point bucks, or even larger, roaming the property. Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge offers field dressing, taxidermy, and venison processing on your treasured hunts. Here at Wolf Ridge we use Dourlain Taxidermy exclusively and meat processing by Richardsons Meat Processing.
Trophy Buck Hunt
To say that some of our white-tailed bucks are trophy-grade would be a huge understatement. Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge is home to plenty of large, mature bucks that’ll make a great trophy for your collection.

Management Buck Hunt
Ensuring that our white-tailed deer’s genetics remain strong takes a lot of work, but you can help. Management buck hunting is a way to remove mature bucks who are smaller, less healthy, or have smaller antlers, from the gene pool. This allows for the larger bucks to continue breeding, producing bigger and bigger bucks in the future.

- Management Bucks are 2½ – 3½ Years Old With a Score of 145 or Less
- 160 in. or Less In Antler Size
- 3 – 4 Day Hunt

Doe Hunt
A doe hunt at Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge is the perfect expedition for new hunters or for hunters who are looking to stock their freezers with venison. Give us a call to get started planning your doe hunting trip.

Pheasants
The preserve at Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge isn’t just home to some of the biggest and wildest white-tailed deer in mid-Michigan. While hunting for your trophy buck, keep an eye out for our beautiful pheasants.
During your buck or doe hunt, your guide, with the help of one of our trained dogs, can help lead you to prime pheasant territory. Hunting for these birds is a fun addition to any deer hunting expedition.
Fishing
Don’t forget to bring your fishing gear!
At Wolf Ridge Hunt Lodge, you can explore any of the 5 ponds we have to find your perfect fishing spot. Each of our ponds are over 1 acre, with our largest being nearly 4 acres, and they’re all fully-stocked with fish. The quiet atmosphere and picturesque views make for some excellent fishing.
